Android
- 1Open NextOrbit in Chrome on Android and sign in.
- 2Open the browser menu and choose Install app or Add to Home screen.
- 3Open the job listing you want to save.
- 4Tap Share, then choose NextOrbit if it appears.
- 5Review the Save Job screen, paste any missing job description text, then save.
iPhone and iPad
- 1Open NextOrbit in Safari and sign in.
- 2Use Share, then Add to Home Screen if you want quick access.
- 3Open the job listing in your browser or job-board app.
- 4If NextOrbit appears in Share, choose it and review the Save Job screen.
- 5If it does not appear, copy the job description and paste it into Save Job.
Works on any browser
- 1Open NextOrbit and choose Save Job, or go directly to /capture.
- 2Paste the full job description into the large description box.
- 3Add the source URL, company, title, location, salary, and notes if you have them.
- 4Use Quick fill if helpful, review every field, then save to your pipeline.
If only a URL comes through, NextOrbit saves it as the source reference. LinkedIn, SEEK, Indeed, and some company career sites may only share a URL or short preview, so paste the missing job description before saving.
